JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Perform work and customer support, resolve player complaints.
  • Implement and support the organization of game programs and events.
  • Combined with operations in handling complaints, ranges on servers, forums.
  • More details will be discussed at the interview

REQUEST

  • 20-25 years old.
  • Agile, gentle, problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
  • Have a standard voice, emotive, no lisp, stuttering.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team, under pressure.
  • Ability to work overtime as required by the job.
  • Careful, honest, agile and high sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to grasp work quickly and flexibly.
  • Have good reading and writing skills in English Progressive, eager to learn the necessary skills to meet the job needs.
  • Working time: During office hours or answer customer's phone outside office hours (if any)
