JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform work and customer support, resolve player complaints.
- Implement and support the organization of game programs and events.
- Combined with operations in handling complaints, ranges on servers, forums.

REQUEST
- 20-25 years old.
- Agile, gentle, problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
- Have a standard voice, emotive, no lisp, stuttering.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team, under pressure.
- Ability to work overtime as required by the job.
- Careful, honest, agile and high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to grasp work quickly and flexibly.
- Have good reading and writing skills in English Progressive, eager to learn the necessary skills to meet the job needs.
- Working time: During office hours or answer customer's phone outside office hours (if any)
